We would like to welcome Ms Esther Nyaguthii to the position of Human Resources Manager in Kenya.
Esther holds a higher Diploma in Human Resources from the College of Human Resources management. Prior to joining Tushinde Children's Trust, Esther worked at The Ngong Road Forest Association and Ngong Road Forest Sanctuary Trust as a HR and Administration Officer respectively. She has over 5 years of experience in managing human resource functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management and compliance with labour laws. She is keen at building relationships with all levels of staff and leadership to create a positive work culture. She is currently pursuing the Certified Human Resource Program (CHRP), hods a certificate in Counselling and is duly registered by the Institute of Human Resources Management.

My motivation to join Tushinde stemmed from being part of the consulting team tasked in enhancing the HR structures, conducting an employee satisfaction survey, evaluating remuneration packages, and recruiting for various positions on a need basis. It created a deep commitment with the gaps identified in creating an inclusive work environment, compassionate problem solving and continuous personal and professional development. My mission is to create an environment where employees are empowered to success and foster a culture that promotes both individual and organisational growth.
