When you register to sponsor a child, support us financially on a regular basis or sign up to receive our marketing communications, we collect information on you. Depending on your relationship with us this may include your:

We do not hold bank details or any financial information other than the amount you donate.

We will use your personal information to keep a record of financial payments you make to us. We are required to do this by the HMRC and to keep these records for six years after your last donation. We will also share information with you about the work we are doing, where you have opted-in to receive this information. If you make regular financial payments to us and have NOT opted-in to receive this information, we will keep your personal information on file but will not contact you for marketing purposes.

The information we hold about you will be stored on a database held by the Tushinde Director and shared with relevant Tushinde staff. The information will be stored for as long as you continue to make regular financial payments to us and for six years after you have made the last payment. If you have opted-in to receive marketing information, your name and email will also be stored in a secure cloud-based newsletter.
